Until the end of August 2024, Dior has opened a must-visit pop-up in the luxury Knightsbridge department store, Harrods. This “unprecedented” pop-up celebrates the powerful ties that have united Dior and Harrods for nearly seventy years.
The space will showcase the Dior autumn-winter 2024-2025 ready-to-wear collection conceived by Maria Grazia Chiuri. A collection that was inspired by ’60s fashion, and women’s sartorial liberation. Expect ready-to-wear, shoes, and leather goods as well as glasses, textile accessories and jewellery.
The window displays feature variations of the iconic Lady Dior, in a range of colours from red and green to pink and orange. This spot reflects the impetuous energy of the sixties and perpetuates Maria Grazia Chiuri’s tribute to the Miss Dior* line. Sculptures adorn the walls featuring the season’s new bag in dazzling shades of pink, purple or lime.
While the Miss Dior” logo, which has become a code in itself, can be seen in all-over versions or as a bold graffiti on a series of pieces. A veritable manifesto-signature, this motif is printed oversized on trench coats, jackets and skirts, and also sublimates the Dior Book Tote, Dior Tribales earrings, scarves, belts and Dway mules.
And as a final surprise, to mark the 175th anniversary of the Harrods Brompton Road building, 175 exclusive Miss Dior and Dior Book Tote models – in limited, numbered editions – are available in the boutique.
The pop-up is open from July 31st to August 25th 2024.
