Not the most conventional summer trend, but possibly one of the more exciting for this year is bright and bold metallics. Spotted on everything from accessories to outerwear on the runway of brands such as Valentino, Gucci, Nensi Dojaka, Bottega Veneta and Paco Rabanne.
Whilst silver and gold hues are typically reserved for autumn and winter, this year they are shining on throughout the summer. You only need to look to the red carpet, the runway and of course, Instagram, for inspiration. The metallic trend is everywhere!
The best part is that this trend is trans-seasonal, meaning any pieces you get for the summer, you’ll likely be able to take into the winter. Except for maybe the swimwear!
