The Met Gala 2024 (aka the Superbowl of fashion) took place last night in New York. Celebrating the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s spring exhibition, the theme is “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion” – a tribute to the historically significant pieces included in the exhibition that are far too fragile ever to be worn again. Whilst on the red carpet, the dress code was The Garden in Time inspired by a short story of the same name by JG Ballard.
