For Schiaparelli Fall/Winter 2025, creative director Daniel Roseberry continues his legacy with a collection titled Lone Star. This collection draws inspiration from the strength and complexity of the modern woman, blending in Western influences with the Maison’s DNA. Here is everything to know about the Schiaparelli FW25 ready-to-wear collection
The Inspiration
For Fall/Winter 2025, Schiaparelli creative director Daniel Roseberry turns his gaze toward the women in his life. He rightly observes that women rarely, if ever, dress for men. It’s a woman’s praise that matters the most. A notion that Elsa Schiaparelli herself adhered to. As such, Roseberry has designed a collection, titled Lone Star, that celebrates women dressing for themselves, not the male gaze. There are also nods to the designer’s Texan roots, infusing Western iconography with the surrealist codes of the Maison.

The Collection
This season, Roseberry reinterprets traditional Western motifs with a high-fashion touch. Leather, a staple of cowboy culture, is transformed—tooled into belts, boots, and bags. Roseberry’s masterful craft is once again presented in a little clutch that looks like it is fashioned from thin sheets of beaten copper, but is actually created from a specially treated leather. Trompe l’oeil details add a mischievous twist, with feather motifs flocked onto satin and neoprene velvet.

In the show notes the collection is described as “what looks hard is soft, and vice-versa.” This is evident with a column skirt made from heavy jacquard that is actually a light-as-air cut thread in pure ivory. A stretch flocked bodysuit looks constricting but moves like a leotard. Even the house’s signature gold jewellery undergoes a reinvention, with textured chandelier earrings and necklaces that feature iconic Schiaparelli motifs such as keyholes and eyes becoming lighter.

The Best Looks
Among the standout pieces are a long figure-hugging dress knitted with “snake scale” effect in bronze with copper laminate. A cropped jacket in washed black denim with dove-wing sleeves and gold bijoux buttons worn with matching bootcut pants and heeled mules.
