One-piece swimsuits are timeless. But, this year the elegant swimsuit is making a return to the spotlight. Swimsuits make a perfect choice for pool parties, especially if you dress them up with jewellery and a sheer cover-up.
Hardware
If you don’t like to wear jewellery whilst in a bikini or swimsuit, then opt for a style that has the glitz and glam already built in. Many styles come with fitted belly chains or gold-ring detailing so you can look glamourous whilst sunbathing, without risking losing any jewellery.
Sparkles
Winter is not the only time of year you should be adding sparkles to your wardrobe. Swimwear bedazzled in sequins is one of summer 2024’s biggest swimwear trends. If sequins aren’t your thing, but you’d still like to sparkle by the pool, opt for a bikini with a subtle hint of metallic shimmer instead.
90’s Minimalism
If all-out sparkles and glitter aren’t for you, then maybe minimalism is one swimwear trend that you can get on board with. This one is timeless for a reason. Clean lines, flattering shapes, and solid block colours (especially black and white) look good on everyone and will always be in style.
Crochet
Not the most practical, but super cut nonetheless. Tying in perfectly with the current return of boho chic – crochet bikinis are back. Already beloved by celebrities including Dua Lipa and Anitta – this style adds a fun and youthful twist to your poolside outfits.
