It’s only taken 20 years, but the time has finally come for The Devil Wears Prada 2 to hit the big screens. Given the success of the first movie, which, to say the very least, was a cultural phenomenon, anticipation is undoubtedly high for the sequel.
While full details of the plot are, of course, under wraps, the film is set to explore Andy Sachs’ return to Runway while Miranda Priestley navigates a new media landscape. And thankfully, Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci will all be reprising their roles as Andy, Miranda, Emily, and Nigel.
With a cast this good and a movie centred on fashion, we already know the press tour looks are going to be some of the best we have seen this year. Meryl has already played into the nostalgia of the first film, wearing a custom J.Crew crewneck in cerulean blue, and Anne wore devil-red for the world premiere in New York.
