Putting on a fashion show today is no longer just about the fabulous garments. To really set a collection apart, many designers are turning towards creating visual spectacles complete with elaborate sets and live music. No one is doing this quite like Pharrell Williams. As the menswear designer for Louis Vuitton, he often makes his shows the highlight of the season, and for Spring 2027, he’s done it again.
The show began with models emerging from a cinematic set designed to look like a huge tidal wave before stepping onto a sandy beach. Water courses through the show as a representation of life, opportunity, and connection to nature. The soundtrack featured Quavo, Lil Baby, and YoungBoy, as well as a finale of Angelique Kidjo’s Bando presented by a live orchestra.
The clothing itself took inspiration from the surfer’s distinctive dress codes that are founded in travel, performance, and craft. These sartorial values are also shared with Dandyism and are at the heart of the House.
The Dandy silhouette is reinforced throughout this collection through sharp tailoring, yet with a coastal twist of sea-centric embellishments and the bohemian spirit of surf culture. This collection is fun and playful, but also entirely wearable and practical.
DOLCE & GABBANA

For Spring 2027, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana transported us to Sicily with a collection that not only pays tribute to the brand’s legacy but also celebrates the island’s culture and craft. This vision is shown through a fluid, lightweight wardrobe designed to move at one with the body. Tailoring is deconstructed, silhouettes are open, and materials carry a tactile sensibility.
Shades of sand, limestone, sea blues, turquoise and pistachio green form the collection’s palette, honouring the Sicilian landscape. Chevron stripes, linen jackets, silk swimwear, and crochet knits are inspired by the first wave of tourists discovering Sicily in the 1950s and 1960s. Postcard and citrus prints add a decorative tribute.
TODS

At Villa Necchi Campiglio, Tod’s presented ‘The Italian Wardrobe’, the latest menswear collection that celebrates authentic Italian lifestyle.
The Pashmy project is at the heart of the collection. A leather that represents the highest expression of Tod’s expertise and is named in tribute to pashmina due to its extraordinary softness and lightness. It is used to craft staples such as the Brera Bomber, Castello Jacket, and Solferino Shirt. Inspired by the Mediterranean, the colour palette features Riviera blue and pearl grey as well as Tod’s signature earthy hues including beige, cocoa and ochre.
Creative Director Matteo Tamburini has shaped the menswear wardrobe into one that is clearly recognised as luxury. Not ostentatious but evident through impeccable craftsmanship.
Giorgio Armani

The Giorgio Armani Men’s Spring 2027 collection, designed by Leo Dell’Orco, was titled ‘Mediterranean Market’ and was inspired by the stories, cultures, and inspirations that intertwine through travel.
The garments felt lived-in, a luxurious ease that comes from holidaying in the Mediterranean. Sun-scorched stone, tones of spices, sky blue, and muted gold provide the colour palette of the collection. While lines were gently blended by heat and light. Safari jackets, flowing shirts, and weightless tailoring showed a relaxed attitude in textiles of linen, cotton, and shantung.
We also got to see a taste of Silvana Armani’s Cruise 2027 collection. Alongside the menswear, there were a few womenswear looks featuring jackets, coats, and dresses designed to accompany the body and its movements. A collection that is defined by the lightness of its silhouette in a palette of natural hues.
