Spring is a time of renewal. New season, new beginnings, new wardrobe. And if you are looking for the best spring fashion trends that you’ll actually want to wear in 2026, you’re in the right place.
From Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy-approved column skirts to white jeans and the return of polka dots, here are the six best spring 2026 trends.
Column Skirts
Since all eyes are on Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy’s style, it’s no wonder that several 90s minimalist trends are resurfacing this spring. Column skirts in particular are having their moment thanks to their polished, chic silhouette. Style with a basic top and mules or boots for a look that is more timeless than trendy.
Polka Dots
After several seasons of being the most sought-after print, polka dots continue to reign supreme for spring 2026. Frankly, after investing in a lot of polka dots last year, I wasn’t planning on ditching the print anytime soon. But it’s always nice to know the stores will still be brimming with polka dots in case I want to add to my collection.
Suede Jackets
Suede jackets have long been associated with autumnal dressing, but we are seeing the style creeping more and more into spring fashion. Which is great if you’re after investment pieces you’ll wear all year long. Whether in bomber, blazer, or trench form, suede jackets pair really well with all white or blue denim for casual spring outfits.
Pale Blue
Every season, there is one colour that dominates – for spring 2026, it’s pale blue. This icy hue was seen at Victoria Beckham, Dolce & Gabbana, Jil Sander, and Lanvin on everything from dresses, jackets, skirts, and accessories. It is crisp and fresh, making it the perfect colour for spring. In terms of styling, keep the look monochromatic with blue denim or, for a surprisingly good pairing, team with chocolate brown for contrast.
Pink Shirts
If there is ever a time to wear a classic pink shirt, it’s spring. Relaxed silhouettes, especially, are great this time of year, offering breezy comfort for when temperatures start to rise, while simultaneously acting as an extra layer when worn over t-shirts or dresses. As well as pale blue, pink is a huge colour trend for this year, so opting for a pink shirt instead of classic white or black helps keep the look trendy as well as seasonal.
White Jeans
White jeans are another ‘less of a trend and more a staple’ piece. I know the idea of them can be pretty scary, and if you’re prone to spilling things on yourself, then perhaps stay away, but otherwise, white jeans will make a great addition to your spring wardrobe. Pair with a classic black tee for easy styling.
